1. Who We Are

UPLINK is operated by Connect Management FZE, registered in a UAE Free Zone ("Connect", "we", "us"). Contact: support@connect.ac · https://funnel.byconnect.io

UPLINK is a lead-generation and marketing platform for Connect ambassadors. It does not sell products to the public and is not a marketplace.

2. Who May Use UPLINK

UPLINK is available to active Connect BackOffice distributors who have been granted access by Connect. Access is personal to you: you may not share your account, sell it, or let anyone else use it.

You must be of legal age in your country and able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password safe. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication in your profile.

Tell us immediately at support@connect.ac if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

4. What UPLINK Does

The platform provides, depending on what Connect has enabled for you:

• Referral links and lead capture — a personal link and landing page that record the people who register through you.
• Marketing content — approved creatives you can publish or schedule to your own connected social accounts.
• AI calling — an assistant that can call your leads on your behalf, within the limits you set.
• Team and rank information — read-only figures mirrored from Connect BackOffice.

5. Connected Social Accounts

You may connect your own Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, Threads or other supported accounts. You keep full control: UPLINK only publishes content that you select and either post or schedule yourself, and you can disconnect at any time from your profile.

TikTok works the same way, with one addition its rules require: before every TikTok post you are shown which account it will go to and you choose, for that post, who can watch it, whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed, and whether it contains commercial content. Nothing is sent to TikTok until you confirm that screen, and your video is posted exactly as it was uploaded — UPLINK never adds a logo, watermark or promotional overlay to it.

Your use of those networks remains subject to their own terms. You are responsible for making sure what you publish complies with them, and for holding the rights to any content you add.

6. AI Calling and Credits

AI calling runs on a prepaid balance of UPLINK Service Credits (USC):

• Credit can be purchased inside UPLINK or issued by Connect — purchased credit is applied to your balance automatically once the payment is confirmed, and every credit is recorded.
• Credits are consumed by call time and are not transferable between accounts, or exchangeable for cash.
• You control the calling — goal, tone, hours, daily limits and spending caps are set by you.
• You are responsible for your leads' consent to be contacted, and for respecting local calling rules and quiet hours.

Calls may be recorded and summarised so you can review them. Do not use AI calling for anything unsolicited, unlawful or misleading.

7. Leads and Data You Bring

You must only add or import people who have agreed to hear from you. Purchased, scraped or harvested lists are not allowed.

Leads captured through your link are processed by Connect as described in our Privacy Notice. You must keep their information confidential and use it only for your Connect business.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Make income or earnings promises on Connect's or UPLINK's behalf that Connect has not published.
• Misrepresent the products, the compensation plan, or your own rank and results.
• Impersonate Connect, its staff, or another ambassador.
• Send spam or contact people who have asked you to stop.
• Interfere with the platform — no scraping, reverse engineering, automated abuse, or attempts to access another ambassador's data.

9. Money Lives in Connect BackOffice

Rank, volume, qualification, commissions and payouts are determined by Connect BackOffice, not by UPLINK. Figures shown here are a read-only copy, provided for convenience, and may lag behind BackOffice.

Where the two differ, Connect BackOffice is the authoritative record.

10. Availability and Changes

UPLINK is under active development and features may change, be added or be withdrawn. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and maintenance or third-party outages may interrupt it.

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the platform; continuing to use UPLINK after that means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, puts other ambassadors or leads at risk, or whose Connect distributorship ends.

You may stop using UPLINK at any time and request deletion of your account from your profile.

12. Liability

UPLINK is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connect is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these Terms. /privacy

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the competent courts of the UAE have jurisdiction over any dispute.
